You can do a few other useful bits in the Select Options menu to save some repetitive manual work. However, if you want to highlight multiple fields which are not adjacent to each other (see below for an example), you need to use Control – left click, which allows you to highlight individual fields while maintaining previous highlighting. To highlight, left click – drag your cursor over the fields or alternatively Shift – left click. You can also target a specific group of highlighted fields. In the Options – Select submenu, you can tick/untick all the fields. Well, the good news is you can tick multiple fields simultaneously by delving into the Options Menu in the Select tool.
